This process cannot be undone, except if restoring from a previous save.\r\n<h2><a id=\"video\"><\/a>Export as a Video<\/h2>\r\nOne often overlooked method to share a PowerPoint is as a video.\u00a0One common educational use case is adding an audio recording over slides (e.g., lecture material). This can be done 1 of 2 ways:\r\n<h3>Record Audio<\/h3>\r\nAnother method is to record or insert audio for specific slides. Select the speaker icon and move to the\u00a0<strong>Playback<\/strong> tab. Then follow the prompts to export your video.\r\n<h3>Video Hosting<\/h3>\r\nBest practice is to host the video online using Kaltura Mediaspace. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/pressbooks.bccampus.ca\/accessibilityhandbook\/chapter\/kaltura-mediaspace-my-media\/\">Kaltura Mediaspace\/My Media guide<\/a>.\r\n<h2><a id=\"pdf\"><\/a>Export to PDF<\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"textbox shaded\">\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The best way to use PDFs is sparingly.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\nThe knowledge and time needed to <a href=\"https:\/\/pressbooks.bccampus.ca\/accessibilityhandbook\/chapter\/creating-accessible-pdfs\/\">make accessible PDFS<\/a> rarely justifies the use of PDFs.
