Note that while a <a href=\"https:\/\/cnx.org\/contents\/rydUIGBQ@12.1:bq-wv5M8@6\/Introduction\">newer version<\/a> of University Physics Volume 3 has since become available on OpenStax, this textbook is based on Hooge's copy.<\/div>\r\n<div><\/div>\r\n<div>The BC Campus Open Education <a href=\"https:\/\/opentextbc.ca\/selfpublishguide\/\">Self-Publishing Guide<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/opentextbc.ca\/accessibilitytoolkit\/\">Accessibility Toolkit<\/a> were utilized in creating this book.<\/div>\r\n<div><\/div>\r\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 1.2rem;font-weight: bold\">Math Rendering<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<div>Math equations were originally displayed in <a href=\"https:\/\/openstax.org\/\">OpenStax<\/a> using the MathJax plugin. Since MathJax was not used in this adaptation, equations were rendered with the \"Math ML\" option in OpenStax and copy + pasted into PressBooks to retain as much formatting as possible.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h2>Formatting Changes<\/h2>\r\n<div>\r\n<div>This content was moved to PressBooks to increase the book's accessibility and usability; it is best viewed as an eBook within Pressbooks.
