(This could be \u201cI have a twin\u201d or \u201cI\u2019ve been skydiving\u201d or as mundane as \u201cI hate peanut butter.\u201d) I usually have students generate these in an earlier class. If my class has a long break, I\u2019ve also done this at the beginning of class, then printed the Bingo cards off during the break.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Insert the interesting facts into the Bingo template and print it off.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Give each student a Bingo sheet. Tell them that their goal is to talk to students in the class to find out who owns each interesting fact.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In their conversation, they must only use open-ended questions. For example, if one Bingo square said \u201cIs afraid of kittens,\u201d students could ask \u201cWhat are you afraid of?\u201d but not \u201cAre you afraid of kittens?\u201d They also can\u2019t ask \u201cWhat\u2019s your interesting fact?\u201d<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Every time they find out someone\u2019s interesting fact, they can cross off that box.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The first one to get a line is the winner.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h1>Debrief questions \/ activities<\/h1>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>What was your strategy for the game?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>What was it like avoiding closed questions?<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h1>Activity variations<\/h1>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Give students a few stickers.
