It was written in 2019 by David S. Bright, Anastasia H. Cortes and Eva Hartmann.\r\n\r\nThis adaptation combines parts of both textbooks into a textbook that is suitable for a Business Essentials course. This textbook covers both Management and Organizational Behavioural foundational concepts. Otherwise the content has not been significantly altered.
