The customer wants to return a dress that he bought for his wife two weeks ago. He mentions that he purchased the wrong size, and it is too small for his wife. Fatimah calmly explains to him that they are unable to accept the dress as it goes against the company\u2019s policy.\r\n\r\nThe customer refuses to leave the store until a refund is issued because the dress is expensive, and he has no use for it.
