ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Dr. Robin S. Cox is the Director of the Resilience by Design Lab at Royal Roads University (RbD). The RbD works at the intersection of climate change and disasters to inspire climate action and disaster risk reduction through research, innovations, and connection. Robin also leads the Climate Action Leadership graduate programs at Royal Roads and numerous climate upskilling and reskilling projects.
Dr. Michelle-Hamilton Page is a researcher with the Resilience by Design lab. Michelle’s research focuses on gender and sexual orientation in the workplace, with research exposing the harassment and discrimination faced by gender non-conforming queers in the workplace, and an emergent non-binary leadership model, or Unbound Leadership. Michelle’s post doctoral focus brings together her research on Unbound and intersectional leadership with emerging best practice in Climate Action Leadership.
Dennis Green is co-author of the eCampusOntario Open Competency Toolkit and has over 15 years of experience developing competency-based standards, training, and assessment approaches across a wide range of organizations and industries

Novak Rogic is the Web Strategist, leading the web projects that emphasize content sharing and collaboration. Novak has over 20 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture for web development; information architecture, user interface design and resource management; sharing, social and community building strategies.
Caroline Mayhew joins the CACFv.2 project as graphic designer. With over 20 years of experience, Caroline excels in transforming ideas into dynamic visual content, delivering engaging designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
Miriam Ponette joins the CACFv.2 project as a Research Assistant with the Resilience By Design Lab (RbD). Miriam has a Master’s in Climate Action Leadership from Royal Roads University and works with Green Communities Canada as a sustainable mobility lead. In her spare time, she volunteers in local climate action, community gardening, newcomer services and reconciliation efforts.
Alexander Ho joins the CACFv.2 project as a Research Assistant with the Resilience By Design Lab (RbD). Alex holds a Master of Climate Change (MCC ’23) from the University of Waterloo with an applied focus in climate change communications and now continues to work in climate change adaptation as an Analyst, Climate Adaptation and Resilience at Climate Risk Institute.
