There are sports that are extremely popular, attracting millions of spectators and a lot of money in the form of sponsorship and viewing shares. Those are *not* the subject of this collection. Rather, what is represented here is a sample of “niche” sports that have relative popularity only in certain regions or segments of a population. Some sound funny, others incredibly difficult, while some just look plain weird. Have you seen any of these before?
