Here are some examples:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n    <li class=\"lt-human-118956\"><strong>nettoyer <\/strong>vs. <strong>ranger <\/strong>vs. <strong>laver<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"mt-indent-1 lt-human-118956\"><strong>Laver<\/strong> means to wash (like hands, clothes and dishes) <strong>nettoyer<\/strong> means to clean (like floors, ovens, and counters), and <strong>ranger<\/strong> means to clean up, tidy up or arrange (like the bedroom, living room, or closet). Certain types of cleaning and washing do not use these verbs at all. Here are some examples:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"lt-human-118956\"><strong>nettoyer <\/strong>vs. <strong>ranger <\/strong>vs. <strong>laver<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"mt-indent-1 lt-human-118956\"><strong>Laver<\/strong> means to wash (like hands, clothes and dishes) <strong>nettoyer<\/strong> means to clean (like floors, ovens, and counters), and <strong>ranger<\/strong> means to clean up, tidy up or arrange (like the bedroom, living room, or closet). Certain types of cleaning and washing do not use these verbs at all.
