Sentences are the basic building blocks of functional communication, so it’s vital that we can identify and create them correctly.

My goal for this section of the book is to make you feel comfortable with the concept. It may take time, but as soon as you can develop a stable, comfortable notion of the sentence in your mind, a whole host of grammatical concepts will make much more sense.
