- Draw a complete elevation view of the fitting, including miter lines. Standard parallel line development round elbow will be used here
- Add a profile to the end gore complete with element lines and labeling
- Project the element lines into the miter line
- Draw the stretch-out complete with divisions and element lines
- Project or transfer the element lines into the stretch-out
- Connect the corresponding points to create the pattern
