The 5 finger vote gives useful nuance to discussions and speeds up decision-making.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Instead of asking <em>yes\/no<\/em> or <em>for\/against<\/em>, ask team members to vote with their fingers.
