As a faculty member at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto, she was a mentor to many masters and doctoral students who became leading practitioners, educators, and researchers in their own regard.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Over Marion\u2019s four decades as a social work educator, she transformed social work education and practice through innovative and progressive studies. As a forward-thinking educator, Marion introduced simulation into social work education and used standardized clients to give students an authentic experience of engagement, assessment, intervention, and termination.
