It is very important to keep the columns straight \u2013 ones under one, tens under tens.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Multiply 2 tens \u00d7 2 tens = 4 hundreds Write the 4 hundreds in your partial product.
