"Piara had a restless night, was frequently calling out for his wife, and was trying to get out of bed. He was disoriented and thought he was at the family cabin. His vitals at 0630 were as follows: BP 115/70 P 72 RR 20 T 37.4 O2 sat 94% on RA"
