Taylor sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI) 2.5 years ago after being in a car accident. Prior to the accident, Taylor was an avid runner and was on the track team at her university. She was unable to continue with her studies in the business program and has been living in her parent\u2019s basement suite for the past year.\r\n\r\nSince the accident, she has become irritable, labile, has difficulty sleeping and motivating herself. She complains of chronic headaches that make it difficult to concentrate. She has gained 60 pounds in the last year and now weighs 205 lbs and is 5\u20196\u201d.
