Introduction

I edited the original version of this textbook to better align with the topics/material I cover when I deliver BUSI 1215, Organizational Behaviour. The concepts remain intact; I have mainly amended and reorganized it to better flow with the sequence of delivery that I use.

The further revisions undertaken in 2020 were intended to update examples and some concepts, as well as ensuring a more balanced representation of diversity. Some of the concepts were also updated to add a Canadian viewpoint to the the largely US-centric original.
