Post Event Phase
The post event phase involves developing a plan to share and celebrate the winners after the event. This provides an opportunity to raise more awareness about open education on campus while celebrating the success of our winners.
OER Champions Post Event Phase Timeline

| 1-2 weeks | Draft the congratulations letter |
| 2-3 weeks | Obtain letter signatures |
| 3-4 weeks | Send congratulations letters to winners and department heads |
| 1-4 weeks | Draft and a post for the Open UBC website about the event and winners |
