Introduction

This resource contains student developed advocacy programs and events in support of open education at the University of British Columbia. The resource is meant to provide students with a plan to administer the events in a timely and organized manner. The resource includes:

• Descriptions of the programs and events
• Phases from event development to completion
• Timelines and templates for all parts of the event activities
• Examples and additional resources in support of the process

This is a living document and will continue to be developed as events and programs continue to be planned and offered.
