OER\r\n(Open Educational Resource)<\/td>\r\nOpen Educational Resources are \u201cteaching, learning, and research resources that reside in the public domain or have been released under an intellectual property license that permits their free use and repurposing by others.An OER gives instructors and students the legal permission to engage in the \u201c5Rs\u201d.[1]<\/a>\r\n\r\nAn OER is:\r\n
