    Introduction<\/h2>\r\nQuality management is all about identifying and following quality requirements, auditing the results of quality control measurements, and using quality measurements to control quality and recommending project changes if necessary. It is about ensuring that the client and stakeholders are satisfied with the deliverables of the project. Quality requirements may be reflected in the completion criteria, Definition of Done (DOD), which is a checklist of all the criteria required to be met so that a deliverable can be considered ready for customers, Statement of Work (SOW) or requirement documentation.\r\n\r\nIt is important to know at the onset of any project on what acceptable rate the quality is and how it will be measured on the project. This process of performing Quality Management process helps avoid many issues at a later stage of the project.\r\n
