Creating Groups in Learn<\/strong><\/h5>\nStep 1.<\/strong> To create Groups<\/strong> in Learn, first go to Participants<\/strong> in the Navigator bar:\n\n\"\"\n\nStep 2.<\/strong> Go to Enrol Users<\/strong> and select to activate the dropdown bar, showing Groups<\/strong> option:\n\n\"\"\n\nStep 3<\/strong>. Go to Create Group:<\/strong>\n\n\"\"\n\nStep 4<\/strong>. Add: Group Name<\/strong> and optional<\/span> Group Description<\/strong> (which will be displayed above the list of group members on the participants page). The Group ID Number<\/strong> is not needed. Enrolment Key<\/strong> is optional<\/span> (see \"?\" for help Enrolment key help). Auto-Create Groups<\/strong><\/h5>\nGroups may be created automatically via the Auto-Create Groups<\/strong> button:\n\n\"\"\n\n\"\"\n\nPrevent Last Small Group:<\/strong> When selecting Members Per Group<\/b>, depending on the number of users in the course, the last group can end up with significantly fewer members than expected. You can select\u00a0Prevent Last Small Group<\/b> to avoid the situation. If the last group would be smaller than 70% of the expected size, it will not be created and Learn will automatically allocate additional members to existing groups rather than create a new group with few members.\n\nGroup Members:\u00a0 <\/strong>You can select members from the Select Members From.\u00a0 <\/strong>The setting Select Members From Cohort<\/strong> lists all cohorts which users enrolled in the course.\n
