    Adding Files\/Content<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. Click Files<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>in the upper bar.<\/li>\n \t
    2. Click the Add File<\/strong><\/em> button to launch your local file browser.<\/li>\n \t
    3. Select the file\/s you want to upload.<\/li>\n \t
    4. Click the confirmation button (Ok<\/strong>\/Open<\/strong>\/etc...).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThe files are uploaded directly to the current folder you are in.\n\n\ud83d\udca1Utilize shift+click<\/em> or command+click<\/em> to select multiple files to upload at one time.\n\n\"\"\n\n \n

      Drag-and-Drop Files\/Content<\/strong><\/h3>\nDrag-and-drop files directly from your desktop to upload files.\n

      1. Click and drag file from your desktop.<\/li>\n \t
      2. Drop the file in the dashed line box to upload it to the current folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\ud83d\udca1To upload a file to a specific folder, drag the file to the folder. When the folder is highlighted in blue drop the file. You are redirected to the folder and the file is uploaded there.\n

        Play or Share Your Uploaded Files<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        1. Click Files.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t
        2. Navigate your cloud storage and select a file you want to share.<\/li>\n \t
        3. Click Play.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\ud83d\udca1By default, all microphones are disabled while a video is being played in the room. This is to prevent echoes caused by participants' speakers being streamed back into the room. Microphones are re-enabled automatically when the video is paused or stopped.\n\nThe microphone settings may be configured both through the room settings menu or at the company level by Kaltura's backend.\n\n\ud83d\udca1The file you launch, whether a video, PowerPoint presentation or any other file, will be viewed by everyone simultaneously in the live session.\n\n \n\n<\/div>\n

Click the Add To Playlist<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\ud83d\udca1You are limited to 50 items on the playlist at once. \u00a0The Add to playlist<\/em> button will be grayed out or not clickable if you are already at 50.               3. Search for and select the YouTube videos you want to share.<\/li>\n \t
              4. Click the Add To Playlist<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nTip: Use \"Control + Click\", \"Command + Click\", or \"Shift + Click\" to select multiple files at one time.<\/em>\n\n<\/div>\n

                Add My Media\/Gallery<\/em> Videos To Your Playlist<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                2. Select Video Library<\/strong>.\n<\/strong>\n|<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n \t
                3. Search for and select the videos you want to share in Gallery<\/strong> or My Media<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t
                4. Click the Add To Playlist<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  View Your Playlist<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                  \n\nThe playlist is only visible to instructors and moderators.\n

                    Organize Your Playlist Content<\/strong><\/h3>\nYou can reorder items in your playlist by dragging and dropping items within the playlist.\n

                    1. Select the item you want to reorder.<\/li>\n \t
                    2. Click and drag to the position you want the item to be in.<\/li>\n \t
                    3. Release the item.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      To display\/play an item in the playlist, click it. Playing items are highlighted in green.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
