Click the <strong>3 dot dropdown<\/strong> in the top right corner of the whiteboard.\n2. The process cannot be undone!.\n<ol start=\"1\">\n \t<li>Click the 3 dot menu in the top right of the whiteboard.<\/li>\n \t<li>Select <strong>Clear All Pages.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>Click <strong>Ok<\/strong> to in the <em>Confirm Delete<\/em> pop-up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div id=\"allow-participants-to-move-moderator-objects\">\n\n<strong>Allow Participants to Move Moderator Objects<\/strong>\n\nCheck to allow guests to move objects that the <span class=\"ko-glossary-term\" title=\"\" data-toggle=\"popover\" data-content=\"Capable of moderating content in the context of a gallery\/channel.\" data-original-title=\"\">moderator<\/span> draws on the whiteboard.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"dismiss-close-whiteboard\"><strong>\nDismiss\/Close Whiteboard<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component-type=\"text\">\n\nTo dismiss the whiteboard, click the <strong>x<\/strong> in the top right of the stage or select another app\/file to display. Dismissing the whiteboard does not clear it. The whiteboard marks are saved in the room until erased.\n\n<\/div>\n<div data-component-type=\"text\">\n\n<strong>Annotate Your Shared Files As You Discuss Them<\/strong>This article describes how to collaboratively annotate your shared files with other moderators during your live session.\n\nAnnotations are persistent from session to session. Your marks are automatically saved as long as you do not delete them. Rooms \u00a0that do not contain participants with the matching search term will be hidden from the list.\n\nD. <strong>Assign Participants<\/strong> - opens a drop down menu offering different options for automatic participants' assignment to rooms.\n\nE. <strong>Breakout Rooms Settings Menu<\/strong> - access to participants' permissions, and breakout rooms data clearing options\n\nF. <strong>Change Assignment<\/strong> - Opens a drop-down menu offering different ways to alter current participants assignment to rooms.\n\nG. <strong>Time Limit<\/strong> - allows to add a timer to the breakout session and to add time to the current session.\n\nH. <strong>Start Rooms<\/strong> - Starts the breakout rooms session, triggers participants' assignment into the rooms, and starts the timer.\n\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"assigning-participants-to-breakout-rooms\">\n<h3>Assigning Participants to Breakout Rooms<\/h3>\nKaltura offers several ways to assign participants to breakout rooms. You may:\n<ul>\n \t<li>manually assign participants by hosts<\/li>\n \t<li>have participants choose the breakout room,<\/li>\n \t<li>automatically assign participants\n<ul>\n \t<li>by the number of rooms<\/li>\n \t<li>by the rooms capacity<\/li>\n \t<li>by uploading a pre-assignment participants' list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"manual-assignment\">\n<h3>Manual Assignment<\/h3>\nHosts may assign participants to breakout rooms by dragging participants' names between different rooms' participants' lists in the Breakout Rooms Manager window. Names may be dragged and dropped one by one, or by multi-selection, in groups. Right clicking selected names will open a context menu with all breakout rooms' names, clicking a room name will assign selected participants to the selected room.\nHosts may allow participants to assign themselves to breakout rooms of their choice by checking the 'Room Switching' permission in the Settings menu of the Breakout Rooms Manager.\u00a0<img class=\"fr-fic fr-dib img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/dyzz9obi78pm5.cloudfront.net\/app\/image\/id\/617f2388548949b85c7b2568\/n\/1635722119424.png\">\n\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"automatic-assignment\">\n<h3>Automatic Assignment<\/h3>\nClicking 'Assign Participants' opens the following dropdown menu. Some of the rooms may end up with up to one participant more than other rooms, depending on the ability to evenly divide the number of participants by the chosen number of rooms. The number of rooms is limited to 100.\n\nB. <strong>Number of people per room\u00a0<\/strong>- Chosen number of participants will be assigned to each of the rooms, missing rooms will be created accordingly. The remaining participants if any, depending on the chosen number will remain assigned to the main room for manual assignment.\n\nC. Uploading the CSV file before launching the breakout session will assign all matching participants found in the main room into their pre-assigned breakout rooms as listed in the CSV file. This mode allows hosts to assign different subjects to different rooms and make sure all subjects were covered by all the participants.\n\nB. <strong>Mix it Up\u00a0<\/strong>- Randomly re-assign participants into the different rooms.\n\nC. <strong>Clear all Rooms<\/strong> - This option re-assigns all participants from the different rooms back to the main room. A Kaltura Playlist can be created according to a static list of entries or a rule-based dynamically generated list. It can be randomized or ordered according to rules. The Kaltura Players also have a special UI plugin for rendering playlists, allowing playback navigation and search in the playlist.\" data-original-title=\"\">playlist<\/span> and play files on stage within the breakout room<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Manage Files<\/strong> - Upload, rename, or delete files<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>YouTube<\/strong> - Play YouYube videos on the breakout's room stage<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Annotations<\/strong> - Draw and annotate on presentations<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Whiteboard<\/strong> - Access and draw collaboratively on the whiteboard<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Record<\/strong> - Initiate and end breakout room session recording<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Room Switching<\/strong> - Let people move between rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nB.<strong>\u00a0Clear Rooms\u00a0<\/strong> - Allows to clear all breakout rooms and return participants to the \"new room\" condition. Meaning, you cannot undo edits or actions by other participants.<\/li>\n<li>Undo and Redo apply to the current session only. Some of the rooms may end up with up to one participant more than other rooms, depending on the ability to evenly divide the number of participants by the chosen number of rooms. The number of rooms is limited to 100.<\/p>\n<p>B. <strong>Number of people per room\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Chosen number of participants will be assigned to each of the rooms, missing rooms will be created accordingly. The remaining participants if any, depending on the chosen number will remain assigned to the main room for manual assignment.<\/p>\n<p>C. This line provides a preview of the assignment resulting from the options selected above.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib img-responsive fr-fil\" src=\"https:\/\/dyzz9obi78pm5.cloudfront.net\/app\/image\/id\/612177441819729e3a7b24e1\/n\/1629583171293.png\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>B. <strong>Assign participants by uploading a pre-assignment list<\/strong> &#8211; This option allows hosts to prepare a CSV file of breakout rooms assignments, using participants email addresses or using participants&#8217; names. Uploading the CSV file before launching the breakout session will assign all matching participants found in the main room into their pre-assigned breakout rooms as listed in the CSV file. This mode allows hosts to assign different subjects to different rooms and make sure all subjects were covered by all the participants.<\/p>\n<p>B. <strong>Mix it Up\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Randomly re-assign participants into the different rooms.<\/p>\n<p>C. <strong>Clear all Rooms<\/strong> &#8211; This option re-assigns all participants from the different rooms back to the main room. A Kaltura Playlist can be created according to a static list of entries or a rule-based dynamically generated list. It can be randomized or ordered according to rules. The Kaltura Players also have a special UI plugin for rendering playlists, allowing playback navigation and search in the playlist.\" data-original-title=\"\">playlist<\/span> and play files on stage within the breakout room<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage Files<\/strong> &#8211; Upload, rename, or delete files<\/li>\n<li><strong>YouTube<\/strong> &#8211; Play YouYube videos on the breakout&#8217;s room stage<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annotations<\/strong> &#8211; Draw and annotate on presentations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Whiteboard<\/strong> &#8211; Access and draw collaboratively on the whiteboard<\/li>\n<li><strong>Record<\/strong> &#8211; Initiate and end breakout room session recording<\/li>\n<li><strong>Room Switching<\/strong> &#8211; Let people move between rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>B.<strong>\u00a0Clear Rooms\u00a0<\/strong> &#8211; Allows to clear all breakout rooms and return participants to the &#8220;new room&#8221; condition. The Call Host option displays only if it was set .<\/p>\n<p>D. Broadcast to All Rooms &#8211; allows for media and announcements broadcast from main room to all breakout rooms<\/p>\n<p>E.
