Support Available at KPU

Whenever anybody migrates to Canada or any other country for studies, they always have so many questions and queries in their mind. Usually, all the colleges organize orientation for the new students, to introduce them with the facilities provided by their college. It also includes the campus tour, so that the students get to know where they can find the library, cafeteria and other stuff. But sometimes students, still remain unaware about some of the services provided by the college. Same is with some of the KPU students. There are so many services provided by the KPU, about which most of us are unaware.

Students Rights and Responsibilities: “The Student Rights and Responsibilities Office is responsible for policy ST7 (Student Conduct Non-Academic, SR14 (Sexual Violence and Misconduct), and is a main access point to the Behavior Intervention Team. In addition, the SRRO can help with Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Restorative Dialogues.” (KPU Website)

LIBRARY SERVICES:

  • Students can borrow books from library.
  • They can take help from the research desk, in their research projects.
  • If students are not in the university, they can still access library resources through their online access with student account.
  • Students can also attend different kind of workshops to learn more about how to properly utilize library services to make a successful research paper.
