Programs<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Convert between fractions, decimals, and percent<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Add, subtract, multiply and divide rational numbers<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Solve application problems involving arithmetic, metric and imperial measurement, graphs, formulas, and geometry<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Use order of operations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Use the common metric and imperial units for temperature, length,
