Student Support Services
Restorative Relations and Student Supports (RR&SS) collaborates with the UNBC community to identify, support and respond to concerns for students, students identified as experiencing distress, and students who seek out the support of this team.
The RR&SS team aims to tailor services to meet an individual’s needs by:
- Connecting students with appropriate services.
- Working with a student to develop a support plan focused on achieving defined goals and outcomes.
- Offering restorative options to facilitate conversation, transform conflict and foster healthy relationships.
- Acting as a support for students navigating the post-secondary system.
- Connecting with UNBC community members to streamline assistance.
- Offering a judgment-free, confidential environment for students to share their concerns and determine how to move forward.
