component-standard-content--default\">\r\n\r\nThe RR&amp;SS team aims to tailor services to meet an individual's needs by:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Connecting students with appropriate services.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Working with a student to develop a support plan focused on achieving defined goals and outcomes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Offering restorative options to facilitate conversation, transform conflict and foster healthy relationships.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Acting as a support for students navigating the post-secondary system.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Connecting with UNBC community members to streamline assistance.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Offering a judgment-free, confidential environment for students to share their concerns and determine how to move forward.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nLinks to related RR&amp;SS
