Student vs. Employee Accounts
Being a TA at UNBC now means that you are provided with both a employee userid & email and a student userid & email. When accessing teaching tools for your TA contract, such as https://moodle.unbc.ca, you will need to use your employee credentials as opposed to the student ones. These credentials give you a higher access level than your student credentials, which enable you to conduct your class and grading work.
In addition, when communicating with your students, it is required that you use your employee email and not your private student email; this practice is both for accountability and for protection of your privacy.
