For feedback on assignments (paper, exams) that include marks, send students individual emails with attachments inside of Blackboard, or provide\/return directly, in person.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>If emailing multiple recipients in one email, \u201cBCC\u201d them.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Double &amp; triple check email addresses \u2013 watch for auto fill!<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Do not speak about private information in committee or other group settings unless everyone in that setting has a right and need to know that information.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure appropriate physical security measures (locked filing cabinets, restricted access to offices).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure encryption and password protection where possible. Contact ITS for assistance.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop and use a system for secure retention and destruction of student work not returned to students.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Treat confidential material accordingly.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>After serving on committees, return all confidential material to Chair or administrative staff person for shredding.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Don\u2019t record subjective or inappropriate comments; it may be released. Don\u2019t write it down unless you are prepared to have it read.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Recording an event?
