While we list individual priorities below there are a set of overarching commitments that permeate all the work we do:

• Prioritizing equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
• Focusing on decolonizing collections, services, and systems within the Library, working towards the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Actions.
• Aligning decision-making with evidence and best practices.
