b) Each Disease Exemplar will include: Risk Factors, Diagnostic Tools, Pathogenesis, Typical treatments and outcomes, as well as recommended means of prevention.

c) Infectious Agents will include: bacteria, viruses, prions, fungi, protozoa, and helminths
