This lesson will provide students with an understanding of how generative AI works, and how it might impact human agency. As artificial intelligence systems become increasingly capable of creative tasks, it is essential to explore the role these systems can play in our life. We will explore the capabilities of Generative AI, including its role in generating art and literature, and discuss the ethical and philosophical implications of this technology. Students will gain insights into the ways AI can enhance human creativity, as well as the potential challenges it poses. Through discussions and activities, participants will explore the evolving relationship between humans and AI and explore the role of human agency in this relationship.
