How to use this page template:
Step 1: Choose which license your book is going to have, then delete all of the other licences as well as the Heading for the licence (ex: CC-BY, CC-BY-SA)
Step 2: Update the Image Use section to include any special licensing information for specific images.
Step 3: Update the cover image information.
Optional: If you don’t want the information to be behind a dropdown button, lower all of the headings by 1 level. For example, all Heading 1s become Heading 2s, etc.
