IOF Seminars:
Some of the IOF Seminars are held or streamed virtually, but some are in person only. Everyone is welcome to attend. The Seminars happen on Fridays at 11am PST during the regular school year.

Things to do in Vancouver
- The Zoom Pass is a great option if you are going with others, and there are staff with Zoom Passes available for purchase outside of the long regular line for single entry passes
- The Zoom Pass offers 5 entries for a slightly discounted rate compared to the regular single entry pass
- The entire Market is cash only, including buying passes
VanDusen Botanical Garden and Bloedel Conservatory
- The Botanical Garden and Conservatory are both really lovely, especially during the Spring and Summer
- This art gallery is more on the expensive side, but on the first Friday of every month, they have free entry
- Book tickets in advance to save time, and to ensure you have a spot if you go on the first friday of the month (to ensure you have one of their limited spots)
Granville Island Public Market
- Granville Island has food, artists, and shops, and is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike
- There are also two small ferry companies that dock here and can take you to their other docks in Kitsilano, False Creek, and Sunset Beach, among other places locally
- A beautiful forested and foreshore park near UBC with trails
