After reviewing this week’s content, share your ideas with your colleagues focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion.

By the end of the day Tuesday, through video, a graphic representation, mind map, or a written post, please share your ideas on one of the following questions.

• The online and in-person formats can create opportunities and drawbacks for both introverts and extroverts. How can you use the blended-learning mode to support both groups?
• What accessibility challenges might be encountered in in-person versus online learning experiences?
• What ways can we design learning activities, assignments, and assessment when using a blended mode to invite the diversity of learners to engage in the learning material and process?
• How can a blended-learning mode be used to create instruction that has space for diverse experience and knowledge?
