25 Setting the Stage for Your Blended Lesson

Throughout the FLO Blended workshop you’ll be asked to participate in and facilitate specific blended learning activities. To help us prepare, we have included an introduction/review of some important topics in teaching and learning:

  • lesson planning
  • intended learning outcomes
  • providing and receiving feedback

FLO courses use and build on content from the Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) and the content on learning outcomes, lesson planning, and providing and receiving feedback are adapted from the ISW course manual.

Take time to reflect on these important topics and how they affect the learning experience – both from a facilitator’s and a participant’s perspective.
