At the beginning of this course you were introduced to the FLO Blended Course Self-Assessment Rubric. To successfully complete the requirements of FLO Blended we ask that you “meet” or “exceed” requirements for the criteria.

Use this drop box to submit your completed course self-assessment rubric to the facilitators. This should be submitted by the last day of the course.
