Part 3 – Data Export

Overview

Once all of the 3-D map products have been generated in Photoscan, it is very useful to be able to export them to other compatible data formats for use with in other software packages such as Google Earth, ESRI ArcMap or QGIS.

Chapters included in this Part are;

 

  • Export Dense Cloud
  • Export Mesh to Google Earth
  • Export Orthomosaic

Once the data are exported, they can be used in a wide range of analysis and applications. Some examples of the exported data in external software applications are included.
