2.4 Vital Signs
Learning Activity
- Students will obtain vital signs on a number of individuals, and document these on blank vital signs flow sheets or clinical records. Vital signs flow sheets / clinical records can be found online and in healthcare agencies. Suggest that students ask a partner or the faculty member to review and interpret the documentation, and provide feedback.
