This is the 9th and penultimate chapter of this book and learning hub. The scholarship underpinning the writing seeks to recognize why youth leadership is fundamental to adaptation and sustaining our species. We have an opportunity to work together to reengage with nature, to transition to a privileging of the collective over the individual, to facilitate transformation through constructive disruption, and ultimately achieve a sustainable balance with the natural ecosystems we depend on. The way forward is right in front of us and youth have the capacity to facilitate this transition.
