This module has aimed to provide a structure for thinking about organizational change that is also flexible enough to be adapted to specific needs. Each of the readings provide more detailed guidance on what it can look like when climate adaptation and preparedness is embedded or mainstreamed into an organization. These readings might be particularly useful in the goal setting phase. As with the other modules, the real test is the degree to which these concepts and approaches are useful when implemented. All of these ideas ought to be modified and adapted to suit the needs and insights of those who use them.
