6 伝統的な食べ物 Traditional Food

アイヌ民族は日本の北の先住民族です。
は多くのアイヌの人々は海や川の近くに住んでいたから、をたくさん食べました。アイヌ民族は一年中、食べ物探すために、長い時間をかけました。
野菜果物日常の食べ物ですが、こんな食べ物は季節によって違います。
北の国ですから、はとても寒くて、山菜集めることはできなかったので、保存したものを食べていました。 時々、アイヌの人々はスープをつくります。
山菜と魚を合わせて、煮たり炒めたりして、様々種類のスープを作ります。

例えばスープとか、プクサという野菜のスープなどは、とても美味しそうだと思います。 また、シト(だんごのような穀物野菜で作った食べ物)という料理もよく食べます。 シトのことを聞くだけでお腹がなります。
カムイをカムイの世界送る儀式の時に、特別料理を食べます。こんな料理は、カムイでも 、一年間に二、三回しか食べられません。

江戸時代終わりごろから、アイヌの人々は他の野菜育て方和人から習いました。明治時代になってから、アイヌ料理は大きく変わりました。一つの理由調味料醤油味噌)を使うようになったからです。のアイヌ料理調味料を使わなかったそうです。

これはオハウと言います。魚と野菜のいれたスープです。まず肉や魚を水の中に入れて、しばらく待ってから、野菜と海藻を入れます。野菜がやわらかくなったら、油脂調整します。出汁として一緒煮ます
